Cheesy garlic bread lays review. September 19th 2016 1236 pm. I think these were one of the first fan created flavors Lays released and what a way to kick off a campaign. They managed to get the chip to not just taste like generic cheese flavor with a little garlic thrown in it actually tastes like garlic bread.
I crunched in to find a flavor that could probably be best described as Cheesy Garlic Bread despite my protestations about such a thing not really existing and it was very tasty. There was a good crispness though not as perfect as the Sriracha flavor and the garlic cheese. Similar to the Chicken Waffle chips the appearance of these Cheesy Garlic Bread chips is appealing right off the bat. The chips are large unbroken and definitely thicker and more naturally rustic than traditional Lays potato chips. The inside of the bag glows with warmth from the golden sun color of the chips.
